Gee, Lucinda, all the gazpacho I have eaten was a dark, red, clear
spicy soup with fresh veggies floating in it. I am happy to hear that
the Campbell's Soup look is more authentic! I shall try again next
week. And with plain salt!

Today I made a curried zucchini soup, absolutely delicious. Lots of
dicing, but since it cooks for 15 minutes and then gets put in the
Waring Blendor, I don't know why one cannot simply cut the
zucchinis in 1/8ths. Next time.

I chose to occupy myself in this fashion only because the temps
outside stood at 99 degrees the whole day, with total humidity.
It will be much better the next 3 days -- only thunderstorms and
50-70mph winds expected. Ye Gods!

Penny
