Trying to find something to use my Habaneros in. Found a recipe for "Flaming Habanero Kimchee" on the web. If you've never had kimchee, it's like rotten cabage with cayenne pepper. I first had it in a Korean resturant. The story goes: every Korean has a gallon jar out on the back step "fermenting". Well, it's been three days now in a large pickle vat in frig. We just came home and I thought I'd stir it a little. Lucy (dog) was waiting and watching Cindy make her dinner. P u ! First the dog left the room, then Cindy left the room. I didn't realize how good it smelt until I left the room and came back in. She has now lit 4 ornamental candle to get rid of the smell. Gonna be some good Kimchee! Craig
