Normally the summers are hot and sticky (I'm from MA -
summer is the time to go outside not to run from one
air conditioned venue to another) - but we've only had
a few days of really hot weather so far. The spring
was unusually cool. This week it's only going to be
in the 80's. My chard looks great as does my lettuce.
