[gardeners] Texas Toothpicks!

We have some cafe's that serve jalapenos as 'Texas Toothpicks'. 
They thin slice those jumbo jalapenos and cut sweet onions to 
same size. The slivers are then battered and fried. When you 
combine hot ones with the TAM mild ones along with the sweet 
onions, they are good. 

I just used 3 jalapenos in a corn and salmon chowder. This is 
served cold and 'blenderized' so I sprinkled the diced peppers on 
top to brighten it up a little. (This'll be dinner tonight.)
