I was on the garden tour of the American Hemerocallis Society this weekend, 
and one of the gardens had globe thistle (echinops) all along the back of 
daylily beds.  They were tall and blue, (which no daylily is), and looked 
great.  I can keep it at bay if that's the problem.

Thanks for your answer - but I still want the seeds.
