I make applesauce w/ no sugar at all, and it comes out sweet as can 
be.  Just cut up the apples, (core them of course, and peel them if 
you don't like peels in your sauce) add a little water, cinnamon to 
taste, and cook it down.  We freeze a ton of it and it's always great.
