Good morning, Velta, Thanks for your kind note. I soaked the red cabbage for only about 10 minutes in plain tap water, to give it enough moisture that it would not bake dry in the oven. The foil cover helped keep it moist enough to create steam, as well. The savory taste is really brought out by the pomegranate molasses mixed with lime juice. When it combines with the cinnamon and sugar, the fragrance is simply marvelous! Enjoy! Ron
