Lucinda, Jimmie keeps two newpspaper food ads in his desk, both
showing a lovely roast beef on a platter, ready to be put on the
family dinner table... On one, the meat looks grey; on the other, the
meat looks red. The 1st paper came from St.Louis, Mo., and the 2nd
came from NYC.
It seems to be a regional preference and tradition.
What's more, Jimmie considers only roasted potatoes and onions,
a nice salad and some green veggie to be what he expects. Any deviation
would throw him off his feed . . .
