One of the things I like to do with the Jalapenos is (you probably already
tried this) through them into the jar of pickles in the fridge.  After a
week or so...yum!

Is sounds like your garden is alot bigger than mine.  I'm a little cramped
on space.  That's one of the problems I have. I always want to plant just a
little more than I should for the space I've got. :-)
