Lucinda, we thicken our regular yogurt in cheesecloth inside
a strainer over a pot for Tandoori chicken -- yes, it certainly does get
thick, but it does not get the special flavor of the lebni.
Have never tried the lebni for the Tandoori -- perhaps I should!
