Hello, George,

What kind of medication did your doctor put  you on? I find that with taking Nexium, twice a day, I can eat just about anything except much chocolate.

I cook with canned tomatoes and tomato paste all the time with no ill result. I just have to be dead certain that I don't eat anything containing chocolate the same evening, or woe is me!

I find nuts a tough customer, too. But for the past 14 months or so that I have been taking Nexium, I have found it to be a godsend. 

In the event I do overindulge a bit, I pop a prescription Zantac before going to bed, and that seems to work very well, too.

I hope yours  will soon be under control as mine is now.
