Hello, Billie,

That price in El Cajon was simply gouging at its best. True, gas prices are usually higher in the San Diego area, due to the fact that most of the stations are owned by the oil companies, themselves, an increasing trend in L.A., too, but that price was truly over the moon! The fact that no one bought any gasoline spoke volumes. People voted with their wheels, to mix a metaphor.
