Margaret L The major supermarket in Florida (also rated #1 in the country), Publix, sells peanut butter that they grind themselves only from peanuts. I used to buy that and, when I added salt, honey and olive oil, I found it very tasty. Somebody mentioned that lard was used in some regular peanut butters, but not on the jar that I have. Nonetheless, the one mentioned above would probably be better for you than most regular brands. Tom Miller ..................................................
