HELP!!!! We are being attacked by the eggplant and cucumber beings. Six
cuke plants and six eggplants are producing so much fruit that the
neighbors are starting to hide again.

In addition my zucchete rampicante-trombocino plants, both of them, are
absolutely loaded with fruit. Where are the squash borers when you need
them? Green beans are still producing, okra is starting to come in heavy
but the blasted tomatoes are rotting on the vine before they get ripe.
Too much rain followed by too much sunshine.

In addition Miz Anne picked a gallon of figs today and that didn't even
thin the crop. This has got to be the most fecund year we've ever had in
the 15 years we've lived here. Even the elderberries are leaning over
with fruit.

Life is good but sometimes too good. <VBG>
