Dear Laurie,

NY???

You poor baby. Well, to make you feel better it's been real cold here in SF
Bay Area. It's been mid 50's and dreary rain. But I know Spring will be here
soon. My nectarine is budding and some trees are in full blossom already!
Did you know it snowed in SF (first time in 20 years). This has been a hard
cold winter with so many nights below 30 deg F. I keep looking at my leaf-
less citrus hoping! My avacado looks so sad with brown leaves. Our weather
is changing to a much colder winter and it is different growing.

Good luck on adjusting to NY growing.
