Byron, I tried varying amounts of Urea to see what happened to flavor with Early Girl anf Better Boy and could tell little if any difference. The only real difference came from varietal changes. If you want exceptional flavor I suggest Old Brooks. It is an open pollinated variety developed to add flavor to sauce and it sure does perk up a jar of canned 'maters. Chuck Wyatt
