I agree with Mr. Giannou 100%, as the same applies to California, with
its multitude of climates and absolute welter of microclimates. What
will grow in West Los Angeles will absolutely not do well in the San
Fernando Valley; what will grow in Indio, will not grow well in
Sacramento, etc. Good advice to ask the Master Gardener, or someone
truly knowlegable at your local nursery.
