We have grown Green Zebra for years and it is a favorite in our garden. Last
year we grew Green Grape for the first time and couldn't believe how
wonderfully prolific and oh the taste!

It is sad what happens to people like you and Mr. Chu of Chu Farms. He
developed the Grape Tomato that the growers out of Pa. sell as theirs now. I
met him on TomatoFanatics@egroups list and his story is not unlike yours.
You would think there would be intellectual property laws to protect your
work and ideas. I would think you could patent your varieties.
