I LOVE Cook's Illustrated and I've figured out that most other cooking magazines, after you discount all the pages and pages of ads, have only 32 pages of good stuff anyway! I subscribe to keep the cost lower and I save every one as they are as valuable as any of my cookbooks...sometimes more so since they are very complete with their research into how to prepare things the best possible way. That pix of the chiles was way cool....I, too, thought of framing it but I don't have any free wall space in my chile room to hang it. I think I've overdosed on chile stuff to decorate my sunroom but I sure love it! SandyO CH #1146 of the moderate persuasion
