I sometimes want just the juice of a jalapeno for guacamole or even just small bits... so I often put a few very thick slices of the jal thru my garlic press... it gives amazing results and the skins are left whole in the top of the press for easy disposal.

Or, does anybody out there actually press peppers, like pressing apples for cider or olives for oil?
