Hi, Folks!
My name is Kate and I live on an island in the Pacific Northwest.....er, that's the
Great NorthWet.....I grow mostly an eclectic variety of perennials and
vegetables......garden organically, compost everything that doesn't have a face,find
my spirit and my comfort when I'm diggin' in the earth.......my garden is kinda
disheveled "cottage style".......started from nothing but scotch broom and
blackberries......have lived here for most of my grown-up life but hailed originally
from the Mid-West (Illinois).....I would love to have a box car load of that
beautiful black heartland topsoil dumped here!!!! I think the glacier sat right on my
property for about a billion years and left me a rock for each year.....I am always
up for a little "garden talk"! Nice to meetcha!!!!!
