Got your message. Glad to hear that Stephanie is keeping positive about things. It was a quiet visit with Mom. Towards the end I was sort of chiding myself for not having done more things....but then, I think I needed a holiday like that. No more news as yet, on the job with Dr. Veira. P and Z are here till the middle of next week, then gone for a week or two, Zahir's back for a week, Priya for a couple of days, and then they are gone for their year in Washington. I thought this week would be hectic with them trying to get things done before leaving. They have been, but fortunately it doesn't seem to have involved us techs as yet. Am waiting to do a 2 am sample at the station, so checking my e-mail. Harriet and Bourke are both fine. They thought they were smart because they waited to cut their hay (everyone else had cut theirs just before the heavy rains, and it was rotting). They waited and waited. The hay was getting over mature, but still better than rotting. Then the weather broke and Bourke cut the hay. Then the rain came again. Ah, the life of a farmer! Well, have a few things to do before I head out. Thanks for keeping in touch. Brenda
