Allen, so sorry to hear that your back is acting up again.. Is
it the weather, or too much activity after a slow winter? They 
don't want to operate..?  I thought I remembered that you had
had a very bad fall, but I don't know what plans you had for
rehab.

Best of luck with the spring planting, in spite of the problem.

BTW, our neighborhood usually does not get flooded from 
melting snow. We're at least 6 feet higher than the Atlantic Ocean, 
at our doorsteps... Only problem here is from a hidden underground
leader put in by the builder some 48 years ago. It's been known to
back up and send water over the 8" doorsill into the workshop. Now
THAT spells trouble~!
