Penny,
    There are so many White-tailed Deer inside the city limits of Austin
that in some neighborhoods the deer are trapped and relocated. Deer walk
down the streets, play on the golf courses, and other wise annoy the fat
cats that bought the fancy high priced houses in the hills/deer habitat.
    We have deer across the FM road from us on Camp Swift.
