Don't know anything about chitlin's, only gut I eat is wrapped around a bunch of
sausage meat. Menudo and chitlin's never did appeal to me.

My little thermometer showed 104F in the shade this afternoon and, glory be,
it's down to 100F at 6 pm. It may get into the cool eighties this evening.
