One of my alpine strawberries is double-flowered. Are double flowered
alpines common/normal/unusual/very rare? I haven't noticed any difference
in taste between it and the single flowered varieties...but it is the
strongest bush in that batch of plants, at least for this year.

A root is a flower that disdains fame.
