Pour liquid into jar.

Jalapenos that get big and fleshy and 'lime greenish' are when I like
to pick them. A few days later and they get a little darker and start
to get hotter. You can also get TAM Mild Jalapenos which are
great because they have that wonderful taste w/out any of the burn.
They say these are hybrids but I've grown them out ok as OP
version. (Probably why my habaneros are a little tamer too.)
