Good morning, Terry,

Could you please elucidate what you mean by quark cheese? Is it cheese
made from yogurt suspended in cheesecloth, such as the Greeks, Middle
Eastern, and Indian peoples use?

The only quark with which I am acquainted is Speisequark, which, if I
recall correctly (it's been 36 years, now!), is a kind of yogurt I used
to eat in Germany, when I was a student in Munich.

Thanks

Ron

p.s. Can the apricot pie be made with dried apricots? Our crop is
already in, canned or deyhdrated.
