George, right you are!  Jim did super-glue the bracket back together, and
then 
all he had to do was to figure out just exactly WHERE on earth to plug
back in
every single one of those wires he had detached so we could lug the thing
to
the car ....  saved us a big trip (but we never got the dim sum lunch
.....)
