Oh, gee, George, kimchee comes in several strengths -- you
might even enjoy the mild one, I do!  Once open for a few moments, 
the odor dissipates and does not permeate the dining room or 
restaurant.  The tough one to serve is the daikon salad (shredded
oriental white radish, vinaigrette).  I adore it, but when I bring home 
a container, there's no way to sneak a snack . ..  . 

If you want to talk about impossible smells, how about chitlin's...?
